I love teaching a wide variety of movements and workout styles. Personally, I favor teaching the barbell movements and helping clients reach their strength and technique goals. I am now a graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, pursuing a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Fitness, and movement are so important to living a healthy lifestyle and it enlightens me to know that I can use my knowledge to help people reach their goals and work towards happiness. Christina has been working and training at Elite Functional Performance since January of 2016. Over these 5+ years she has learned the real meaning of functional fitness and how to train the body for day-to-day life and longevity. She has helped numerous clients recover from multiple ailments and has trained many women though all phases of pregnancy.

Rich uses his skills to first evaluate each client’s bio-alignment and functional mobility. He then begins to organize a system of movements designed to alleviate pain, improve functional movement and avoid further injuries down the road. It is through his experience that he has learned to troubleshoot and identify poor movement patterns, postural discrepancies and muscle imbalances.

Rich O’Neill has been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as the International Fitness Professionals Association since 2001. He has accumulated over 30,000 hours of personal training experience working under and alongside world renowned fitness expert Sam Iannetta since 2004. Charlotte fitness studio specializing in personal training and small group training for clients whose goals are to have an active, injury free lifestyle. He is super knowledgeable in training and brings tons of experience. His workouts are extremely effective, I never wake up not sore 😂. I’ve been attending F45 for six months now, and I can confidently say it has been a transformative experience.

As a result of these injuries, pain, etc. we develop various unique compensation patterns and restrictions to our functional mobility. Our trainer's unique skill set helps correct these dysfunctions and allow each individual to enjoy greater strength while pursuing their exercise passions.
